Harinder Mohan exemplifies the American Dream. He immigrated from India to North America with his wife, Neeta, in the late 1960s, starting their journey in Brantford, ON. Beginning with humble roots, Harinder worked tirelessly in a factory, quickly advancing to leadership roles due to his unmatched dedication and willingness to take on challenges others would avoid.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Harinder took on double shifts and continually sought new opportunities. His breakthrough into the hotel industry came in the small town of Santee, SC, where he and Neeta managed a modest 15-room hotel. With unwavering determination and a refusal to accept failure, Harinder’s success story began to unfold, setting the foundation for a remarkable legacy in the hotel industry.

Amit Mohan, born and raised in South Carolina, began his hospitality career at a very young age. After graduating from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Amit furthered his industry education by earning positions at AAA Diamond awarded locations in the Charleston area. He has successfully applied the same high standards and principles of AAA Diamond to Mohan’s operations.

Amit’s extensive experience spans every department, from maintenance to general manager, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel and is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and Certified in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
